Easy Cheesy Potatoes

These potatoes are very yummy. One of my faves. Thanks Mom!

2lb bag of frozen cubed potatoes
2 cans cream of Potato Soup
1 16oz Carton of sour cream
4 cups shredded cheese, I use a mix of Colby/jack cheese


Bake @ 400 degrees approx 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

This recipe can also be cut in half if needed.
